We ordered a trailer the first of August but because of covid causing problems with equipping trailers we got it in December. Our sales person..Ann...was very helpful showing us the trailers when we were looking and found the perfect one for us. Everyone was courteous and very helpful when we picked it up. We are very satisfied with our Motorhome from Olathe RV! We called and originally and talked with Ann, but we were on a time crunch, she was busy so I got ahold of Renee. She got everything in line and answered all my questions & was very honest with us. Gave us the options & worked out a deal with our old one in less then 2 hours. With only having 2 days to purchase one- she had it checked over and a deal done over the phone in a day- & we came our 5 hours the next day to pick it up. When renting an RV, Olathe Ford RV Rental is certainly the way to go. Ashley was our direct contact and she went over and beyond to assure we received exactly what we wanted, without asking. We wanted a Class A and all she had available was a Class C. We reserved it anyway and she had noted our account, if there was a cancellation on a Class A, grab it for us and it happened. She pulled off the Class A and as I had any questions before, during and upon returning from our trip, she was always there for me as well as their service Dept. "I have bought two campers from Olathe Ford RV. One was a Wildwood pull-behind, and in March 2016 we traded that camper for a used Keystone Alpine 5th wheel. The 5th wheel was a few years old and needed a some things fixed. However, the price was unbeatable compared to the same coach elsewhere in the US. The service person did an excellent walk-through, took his time and answered all our questions. He installed and showed us how the 5th wheel hitch worked too. We took the 5th wheel camping and found a couple other minor problems--after talking to Daryn (general manager) he put me in contact with Bob (service manager) who took care of everything, expediting service so we could use the camper ASAP. They were helpful and genuinely concerned with making sure we were happy with our purchase. Dan Hill, finance manager, has also been instrumental in making sure we are happy with our purchase and got the best financing and warranty possible. Further, they all answer the phone when you call. "We just had some warranty work done by Olathe Ford RV and had outstanding service. The service writer and the service tech's took very good care of our unit. They stayed on top of Winnebago to insure our service was done promptly and correctly. I would highly recommend their service department.
The above post was a year ago, and I would just like to add, that once again we have just had our coach service and both our Service writer (Kevin) and the Service Tech were professional and made sure they were taking care of us. Because my coach is out of warranty, Kevin went the extra mile to keep our cost down by calling the vender to get them to cover the camera. We have been taken our coach to Olathe for over 3 years and wouldn't take it any where else. Can't and won't comment on the Sell's Department.

"Rented a Class C 32 ft to head down to Galveston for a week. The vehicle was relatively brand new and in great shape. It ran great and able to drive 80MPH when I wanted it to. Very comfortable vehicle for its class and size. It had more storage space than inside would be the only thing that I could think of in a negative way if I was force to come up with one. "We are first time RV owners/purchasers and went to a number of places to look at used travel trailers and class C campers. From a sales standpoint, they all felt pretty similar initially. Nice, knowledgeable and patient (which we certainly needed).
When we got serious because OFRV had a model we were very interested in, they surprised us with how much they were willing to educate us. We worked with Wes and Tony, who weren't just professional, but always friendly and ready to spend as much time as we needed.
When the day came, they were very open to listening to our offers and helped make what felt like a really good deal based on what we saw out there with similar models. And when paperwork was getting drawn up, I was already suffering from the flu and not doing well. Dan, the business manager was patient and explained everything very well. Even called later to see how I was doing with my illness.
During our walk around before driving away, Randy (we think) was very informative and patient with us newbies. I can't imagine answering questions that seem so fundamental now...but he was always ready with an answer and took his time with us.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and we're in a campground on a Saturday night. We can't remember how to get water into the hot water heater. We call OFRV and talk to Billy Bob (we think) and he explains it completely. Then, offers his personal cell number in case we have any additional questions or problems during our weekend camping trip.
We found a few items wrong with the camper over the next couple of months that we pointed out. All were fixed without any question even though our paperwork excluded this possibility when we bought it.
Overall we feel they've been great to work with and we didn't feel like we got a bad deal, were forced into anything or left with a bad taste for any reason at all.
The review sounds glowing and it is. Our experience has been very positive. So why not five stars? Well, had they told us our camper was a rental before we purchased it they would have gotten five stars. Maybe not important to them, but certainly explained the mileage and wear we saw on a five year old camper. Not sure it would have made a difference to us but full disclosure would have been nice.

"My wife and I live in Aurora Colorado and wanted a new Itasca Meridian 36M. After contacting many local dealers with no success, we contacted Daryn and Heather at Olathe RV and we came to terms very quickly and easily. "On Dec 22, 2011 we purchased a 2003 KZ Sportsman toyhauler. We had inspected it 3 weeks earlier to see if that was what we wanted. We found it needed new tires and a new roof. While the wife and I were gone to lunch, calling back home about roof replacement prices, Clint, our sales rep, started pushing his pencil. When we came back the offer was half the cost of a new 10 year roof and 4 new tires at no charge, the spare was new. We agreed. We came back Dec 22 and found the unit inside their heated service area all hooked up for inspection. The AC was on, tanks had water, system under pressure, water heater on, Fridge on 2 slides out, new tires, brakes adjusted, wheel bearings packed. Installed a new battery and stablizer jack on the back. Everything worked perfect. Then the rv was winterized again. Troy the service man raised our fifth wheel hitch and got us hooked up and all the lights worked first time and we drove out to set up the brakes. everything was just right. We towed the trailer home 230 miles. we took the long way home, and it towed great. It has been in our driveway hooked up to power for 10 days and everything works perfect. I can say that they worked with us well and did everything they said they were going to do."
