All of our CLASS A motorhomes receive 100 miles per night free.
All additional miles = $0.59/mile.
For example, a 7-night rental comes with 700 miles free.		 All motorhomes that are equipped with a generator will receive 5 hours of generator per night free.
All additional hours = $4/hour.
For example, a 7-night rental comes with 35 hours of generator free.

CAN'T REACH US BY PHONE?
​If you call the Rental Department and aren't able to get through, please feel free to send us a text. There is only one rental agent, and texting is often the quickest way to get a response while she's assisting other customers or handling multiple tasks. Thank you for your patients and understanding--we appreciate you!

HOURS OF OPERATION: 
The rental department is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
WEDNESDAYS: The Rental Department is closed on Wednesdays for regular business. Scheduled pickups and returns are still accommodated. You're welcome to browse the rentals on the lot, but please note that no rental agent will be available in the office to assist you with general inquires on Wednesdays.
SUNDAYS: We are also closed on Sundays, but we do allow Sunday rental returns. There will be no staff on-site to assist you with your return. You should have been given return instructions (with a map) when you picked up the RV. That information can also be found HERE.

Traditional Mattress/Sheet Sizes: 
Twin = 38" x 75"
Twin XL = 38" x 80"
Full = 54" x 74"
Queen = 60" x 80"
King = 76" x 80"
Cal King = 72" x 84"

The 31BH has the following mattress dimensions:
King Bed = 70" x 74" (bring KING)
Dinette = 42" x 68" (bring a FULL or bigger flat sheet)
Sofa = 42" x 55" (bring a QUEEN or bigger flat sheet)
Overhead = 31" x 74" (bring a TWIN or bigger flat sheet) 

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE THE $259 PREP FEE, TOLL FEE, SALES TAX OR MILEAGE.
The $259 prep fee includes:
Drinking-Safe Water hose, sewer hose, 110V adapter, 45 min walk-through, propane, insurance, 4 rolls of RV safe toilet paper, and we will dump the tanks for you when you get back.

HOW MUCH DO I OWE WHEN I BOOK?:
If you book more than 30 days in advance, we require $500 down payment and the remaining (including the security deposit) is due 30 days before you leave. 
If you book less than 30 days in advance, the full payment (including the refundable security deposit) is due at time of booking.
